The screening system consists of a chassis, a converter and a coordinated screening resonator with a mounting bracket. The chassis and converter generate vibration and direct vibration into the resonator. In the BLSONIC system, the ultrasonic waves propagate evenly through the resonator and reach the entire surface. Ultrasonic waves cause the installed screen to start vibrating. This prevents the particles from being inserted on the screen, the throughput is improved, and the separation accuracy is improved. More particles are passed through the screening object and the process time is shortened. Ultrasonic components are available in a variety of applications in the screening industry. The main areas of application are grading, protective screening and dust removal screening.
